the role should be able to manage a team and its projects from its initiation stage (definitions) through the implementation and business value delivery following the best it industry practices and the hsbc standards in matters of security, delivery controls, project management and budget management.the role should be able to track the day to day advance in the pod project following agile and devops methodologies and communicate the results and blockers to the main stakeholders with enough data to enable decision making.
also the role must have a day to day tracking to grant all the hsbc nonfunctional requirements and group okr are being met by the team.- supports markets operations business on technology run the bank and change the bank activities.- supports markets operations for other geographies according to the expansion expected as part of it mss in mexico / gsc- propose the best practices for an efficient project delivery to create the assigned global it solutions for mss business.- participate on the definition, planning and program management sessions related to the local and global requirements assigned to the team.- contribute with the technical management for the design, development, release and maintenance of the it systems managed by the team.- grant a correct budget management to grant the development and stability of the it systems managed by the team and create the maintenance programs to grant the correct support to the business.- contribute with the expertise on it and management areas to the team.- maintain the internal hsbc risk controls incluidng the timely implementation of any regulatory or audit requirement.- is responsibility of the employee following the the information security hsbc controls and grant the availabiliy and confidenciality of it.requirementsessential skills and competencies:- experienced support analyst with a 'service' orientated attitude.- proven ability to communicate effectively.- experience of working with sql, oracle, and sybase database environments.- understanding of complex infrastructures, front office trading systems, middle office, and back-office systems.essential experience:- logical thinking- good problem solver- team player- ability to work flexibly
