Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1. Collaborate along with hr manager on the implementation of the organizational culture designing strategies to maintain positive good environment and to motivate the company’s personnel. Generates policies and procedures as needed. 2. Coordinates and follows up on activities related to recruiting and selection process, according to the organization’s needs. 3. Coordinates activities of nurses and doctor from medical services area to provide employee healthcare. 4. Can implement, recommend and update compensation programs according to the organization’s philosophy: - analyzes and prepares the required job descriptions. - participates in wage and salary surveys and gathers information to provide input for the organization’s compensations polices. - participate in creating and administering compensation and incentive programs, including temporal bonuses for probation period due to promotion or temporal takeover other functions. - manages employee benefits (i.e. Major medical insurance, life insurance, indexation, leave of absent or pto, etc.) 5. Responsible for producing and interpreting different reports such as: absenteeism, turnover, exit interviews, etc. to provide management with suggestions, to evaluate departmental efficiency as well as to detect significant trends. 6. Supervises updates to the employee file control system in the database to insure the integrity of the information to meet the legal requirements. 7. Can participate in the payroll process verifying updates (hiring’s dismissals, and modifications, vacations, time-off work, workers on sick leave, etc.) for data entry and/or payroll formulation. 8. Can design and implement motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational and sporting events as well as activities to support the community. 9. Executes the administration services provide to employees such as: work certificates, employee transportation, cafeteria area services, medical services, life insurance, medical insurance. 10. Supervise receptionist functions as well as visitor management process to ensure trade compliance alignment.
Experiência y requisitos
- bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field or over four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - over 4 years of experience as hr supervisor in manufacturing environment and work experience in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment. - ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the general public. - problem solving abilities - intermediate english level - advanced level of proficiency with human resource systems, time & attendance systems, payroll systems, internet browser, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, database, and word processing software; importante: posicion sera contratada de manera temporal con altas posibilidades de terminar siendo permanente.
