the role is being created due to an increase of scope activities in the scf structure.
brazil direct cost gbs sr analyst will play a key role in the brazil cost planning and actuals analysis.
this new role will be responsible for leading and elaborating fcst, aop and actuals analysis of the direct cost of a world class global business service (gbs) for brazil.
responsible of analysing and identifying risk and opportunities across the dc lines he manage give meanigfull insights to the supply chain director in brazil.
he/she will cost planning of 846 mmusd that is 47% of nr.
co-lead brazil (with scf cogs pbf manager) cost planning agenda to generate efficiencies in reporting and alignment across countries with his peers.
interact and become business partner for brazil supply chain, fp&a and commercial finance top management, delivering accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure service level agreements (slas) fulfillment that way becoming a trustfull and transformational business partner to pbf.
*responsibilities*:
- coordinate the direct cost aop process, monthly closure analysis and forecast to identify gaps and propose to gbs leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights
- provide insights to the supply chain director of actuals trends, risk and opportunities in a timely manner for precise decision making
- coordinate with controllership monthly closure analysis identifying risks and opportunities
- support in the planning, implementation and development the latam gbs direct cost operating procedures and service level agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting service level agreements
- create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
qualifications:
- education: finance, economics, engineering, administration
- minimum 2 years in finance organization (2-3 years of experience)
- computer literate - advanced excel, power point
- language: spanish / english fluent, portuguese preffered
- understanding of a p&l and its drivers
- blend of control and planning finance
- ability to understand financial models and scenarios
- strategic thinking and planning skills
