*responsibilities:*- proactively initiates outbound calls to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.- identifies and evaluates prospects through targeted questioning and qualification.- utilizes a structured sales script to effectively communicate our company's offerings.- maintains accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled.- coordinates and confirms appointments with both clients and the sales team.- maintains clear communication channels with the sales team to facilitate smooth appointment handovers.- stay updated on our product portfolio, services, and promotional activities.- works towards reaching the monthly goal *requirements:*- excellent verbal and written communication skills.- ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.- results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting targets.- strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.- familiarity with crm tools and appointment scheduling systems is preferred.- previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
