*what we are looking for*:
the site manufacturing excellence manager is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the wcm program in his/her sourcing unit.
the manager reports to the plant manager/director and is a member of the plant leadership team.
s/he will coordinate all wcm activities for loss eradication within manufacturing inbound and out bound supply chain context.
s/he is also responsible to develop a wcm masterplan from the site manufacturing strategy, providing wcm skill development and coaching for all operators, engineers, supervisors and managers in the sourcing unit.
the site manufacturing excellence manager has a direct impact on improvement of manufacturing performance (e.g.

*what you will do*:
- loss tree (planned, unplanned).
ensure the accuracy of the loss and oee tree.
- centreline / change over systems.
- maintenance basics (pm's work orders, scheduled maintenance, breakdown elimination).
- downtime tracking, analysis and review processes (daily, weekly and monthly reviews).
- focused improvement system.
- guide work teams with the proper selection and use of wcm tools
