provide hr support while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker hr services. You will actively engage in staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and talent management. You will utilize your hr functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- act as hr focal for second shift, working along with supervisors to provide best in class employee experience.
- assist business groups in providing effective delivery of hr programs, services and support in the following key areas: talent acquisition and headcount management, career and employee development, employee performance management, employee onboarding, and labor relations.
- contribute to our culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.
- utilize broad spectrum of hr metrics and people data to drive decisions.
- work closely with hr coe’s to provide input for the design of hr programs in specific areas (recruiting, talent management, compensation management etc.).
- act as a coach and confidant to team members.
You must have
- bachelor’s degree
- advanced english

- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a number of roles across the hr organization
- ability to influence up, down, and across the site and mm organization
- experience managing medium-large organizations
- labor employee relations experience
- excel intermediate at least, working with pivot tables and large amount of data
