gtm digital solutions sr. Analyst will support the gtm digital solutions manager to ensure deliverables are completed and project plan dates are met according to project management (pro-launch) methodology, including working with the it business analyst to perform analysis, consolidation and documentation of business requirements, follow up with site level gtm professionals to gather information required for implementation or maintenance purposes and work with the vendors to support completion of requirements or fix of outstanding issues.
the incumbent will work directly with the it and gtm project management to support deployment of tools and documentation including work instructions, procedures or policies related to the use of trade software solutions.
additionally, this position will execute an audit program to trade software solutions to ensure security, data integrity and regulatory framework is maintained.
the results of these audits will be provided to the gtm digital solutions manager to elaborate an action plan alongside the gtm site level professionals.

- identify and document business requirements related to trade software solutions
- support preparation of documents required by corporate it or other areas for each phase during the project completion.
- act as business key member for it projects to ensure the delivery of goals and accomplish project timeline and milestones.
- conduct project meetings with business, it and other areas to coordinate efforts and ensure the correct communications between parties.
- support development and documentation of instructions, processes and procedures for gtm software tools.
- execute audit program to trade software solutions and report findings.
- follow up on action plans to solve requirements or outstanding issues with sites, vendors.
- provide tier 2 functional support to the sites for incidents related to gtm trade solutions.
- deliver internal status reports for all projects assigned to the gtm digital solutions manager and top gtm management.
- maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all eaton safety standards, life saving rules, and daily 5s+ requirements to help build a zero incident culture.

- bachelor's degree in trade compliance, information technology.
- years and area of experience required:_
- five to seven years in trade compliance experience.
one to two years' experience in project management lifecycle (waterfall/pro-launch methodologies).
