*the role*:executive assistanta successful wealth management practice in hermosa beach seeks a team player interested in a long-term opportunity to grow and advance within the financial services industry.

*operations*- inventory and order office supplies- schedule podcast recordings on the advisor's calendar as well as follow up with podcast guests- manage office technology- manage industry compliance requirements.- manage veteran networking group: scheduling monthly meetings, in-person events, and sending out timely reminders.
marketing.- maintain and updated website and social media profiles.- have experience working with canva for content creation/graphic design and sendible (or other types of social media scheduling software)- manage client recognition cards and gifts.- help plan and implement client events.- be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond for client appreciation and retention.
