we’re looking for a dynamic business development representative to join the first wave of employees at our mexico office and play a key role in our expansion into the latam region (mexico, colombia, and chile).
this position is based in mexico city (polanco).
your mission @ aircall
* generate new business opportunities : collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, linkedin and campaigns targeting spanish-speaking prospects in mexico, colombia, and chile.
* research & market analysis : study market trends, verticals, and customer segments within latam to identify key opportunities. Gather prospect data to create tailored outreach strategies.
* prospect engagement : leverage your knowledge of aircall’s products and services to engage with prospects, generate interest, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
* consultative sales approach : develop a deep understanding of your prospects’ businesses to effectively communicate aircall's value proposition, build relationships, and spark curiosity.
* crm management : document and track all activities and prospect details within salesforce to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
* collaboration & events : work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in regional events to help expand aircall’s presence in the latam market.
a little more about you
* at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, ideally in saas. Experience in outbound sales and lead generation is a plus.
* fluency in spanish and english (written and spoken).
* a driven individual with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed targets. You thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
* strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* experience with salesforce and revenue engagement tools like gong or outreach is a plus.
