*requirements*:
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of 10+ team members
- 5+ years of experience as a sr.
it recruiter or talent acquisition partner
- defining strategy by q (planning sessions with stakeholders)
- 1-1 with the team to identify best practices & creative ways of recruiting
- provide numbers and kpi's to give clarity to make decisions.
- creatively source, engage, & evaluate top-tier talent, building diverse pipelines
- partner with recruiting team to build efficient & scalable recruiting processes
- partner closely with technical & product leadership to understand talent requirements, build recruitment strategy, & deliver top talent.
- sourcing activities in different job boards (boolean search expert)
- knowledge & experience working with it profiles (java, react, python, golang, sdet, devops, sap)
- good attitude
- a creative mindset to generate new ideas to achieve the goal even with the it market challenges
- team player
- desirable experience in applicant & recruitment tracking system
responsabilities:
- point of contact with the account managers
- defining strategy by q (develop and implement strategies to fulfill positions)
- be part of the kickoff meeting with the intake team and practice
- have a tracking on the timeline of the open positions in order to identify unicorn positions opportunely and create a health checkpoint with all the stakeholders to redefine the fulfillment strategy.
- provide numbers and kpi's in a weekly basis to give clarity to make decisions about the next steps to stakeholders
- coordinate efforts from the regional ta team to achieve the goal in a weekly basis
- working closely with the practice heads to cover open positions
- oversee vendors activities along with the talent acquisition partner
- in charge of training and growth of the regional ta team
- ownership on keeping ats updated.
