as a senior systems administrator/engineer you will have expert level knowledge and experience designing and implementing it solutions that center on intune and office 365.
requirements for consideration · must submit resume in english · bilingual english/spanish – 5 years' experience in the workplace
· minimum 5 years of experience in it systems administration, with a focus on microsoft 365 and cloud technologies

responsibilities · design, implement, maintain, and optimize microsoft 365 services including azure ad, exchange online, sharepoint online, onedrive for business, microsoft teams, and intune. Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies to ensure secure and efficient access
· design, implement, and manage security policies for microsoft 365, including data loss prevention (dlp), access control, and multi-factor authentication (mfa)
· set up, configure, maintain, and effectively utilize security monitoring tools like siem (security information and event management) systems and microsoft defender for endpoint solutions, defender for office 365, and other security monitoring tools to conduct security assessments, identify threats and vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies
· define and implement security policies and procedures, appropriate alert thresholds, and escalation procedures for different security events
· monitor and analyze various security logs for suspicious activity, investigate potential threats, and initiate incident response procedures
· generate reports on security incidents and system performance, keep stakeholders informed, and document best practices
· educate users about cybersecurity best practices and raise awareness about potential security threats
· design and implement sharepoint site structures and workflows, configure and manage team sites and channels, and train users on sharepoint and teams best practices
