about the role: we’re seeking a highly motivated and sharp bdr to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow into an account executive role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and setting the stage for closing opportunities.
key responsibilities:
1. identify and research leads within target companies
2. use tools like hunter.io, crunchbase, and linkedin sales navigator to find and verify contacts
3. craft and send personalized outreach emails
4. conduct initial sales calls to present our offering and secure second meetings with the founder
5. collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies
qualifications:
1. 1–2 years of experience in b2b sales, ideally in tech or business services
2. strong english communication skills (spoken and written)
3. bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
4. highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
5. based in or near mexico city preferred
