the team is responsible for the commissioning of the software application engineering north america projects.
this leader will ensure the delivery of high quality and effective performance of the software solutions that are critical to the operations of dematic customer systems.

key responsibilities:
- drives problem solving efforts for project, team and process performance
- displays accountability for software performance excellence
- continually coaches team through team meetings and one-on-ones sessions
- hold project teams accountable for their project responsibilities and deliverables
- champion continuous improvement in project management and commissioning tasks
- participates in forecasting, requesting, and justifying staffing changes
- participate in customer meetings as needed
- remove roadblocks the team encounter to perform effective
- you will analyze and determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods to implement the required software solutions and carry out such methods with team members to complete projects within the shortest amount of time possible to reduce time to market
- analyze and coordinates levels of effort needed to complete complex software projects and make scheduling and staffing recommendations to meet established deadlines
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in open-source software projects.
- excellent english communication for writing and speaking
- ability to travel (50%)
- ambitious in thinking, outlook, and problem solving
- strong work ethic and knack to multi-task on a sustained basis
- strong analytical skills and ability to solve challenging technical issues independently and quickly
- establishes, leads, and develops resource staffing plans to support the execution of projects.
