we are looking for students in their last year of their professional career or recent graduates who want to learn, contribute and live with courage, commitment, collaboration and care at essity.
the graduate engineer program seeks to develop a pipeline of technical and leadership talent for our "first entry" positions in the organization of the manufacturing area and its functional areas.
phase 1:
internship program.
duration: 1 year.
development process based on mandatory training for new collaborators and start of the theoretical resh culture & i care ambition. Activities are carried out depending on the area and role of the "intern".
risk & security (security, business risk, loss prevention).
environment (aspects, impacts & technologies).
safety & health (job safety, msra, iohe, traffic management).
reports to the resh manager.
upon completion, the "interns" have a performance evaluation to be promoted to the second phase.
phase 2:
graduate engineer program.
duration: 1 year.
provide graduates with continued exposure to day-to-day site experience in a resh role with focus on:
contractor management
tpm school for engineers
dom/dds
participate in resh / i care audits.
lead regional resh improvement project.
reports to the resh manager. Upon completion, the "graduate engineers" will have a performance evaluation to be promoted to an entry position in the town or plant where they conducted their program.

what you will do
* develop resh skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert risk & security, environment, safety & health.
* get to know and practice the company’s ways of working with tools such as dds, dom, management.
* network with other graduates and build networks across the company.
* support experienced roles in daily tasks.
* drive and support projects to i care audits and lead regional resh improvement project.
* monitor processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve resh processes.
who you are
* final year engineering students.
* less than 1 year of experience.
* fluent in english.
* available for international mobility.
* high level of learning agility.
* drive for continuous learning and development.
* autodidactic, change agent, talented, enthusiastic, passionate, proven path of leadership.
