*position overview*responsibilities*:- provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our marketing platform.- use *hubspot* for client relationship management and support desk operations.- utilize *jira* to report bugs, generate development tickets, and track progress.- take the initiative to identify and proactively address client concerns or system issues.- maintain organized workflows and consistently follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
*requirements*:- *technical skills*: familiarity with hubspot and jira is essential; experience working in or with a marketing agency is a plus.- *client management*: strong communication skills (courteous, patient), resourcefulness in problem-solving, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism.- *organizational abilities*: proven track record of managing follow-ups, addressing issues promptly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.- *proactivity & leadership*: a proactive approach and the maturity to take the lead in addressing client-related challenges.- *work ethic*: adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and contributing to the growth of the startup.
