Overview:
statement:
the ahrog will be directly responsible for providing first line services, transactional and operational deliveries of the hr gbs, as well as for ensuring the follow-up, output, quality, and efficiency of all the activities assigned to it via service now or any other media or form that its management determine.
the ahrog will ensure to reach and meet the service partnership agreements (spas) for all the processes within its reach for either internal customers & partners, that could include services across talent acquisition, talent management, employee data management, and employee administration, as well as to maintain the highest standards of compliance on the key performance indicators (kpis) and metrics across all hr transactional services.
detailed responsibilities:
1. Deliver hr transactional processes that meet each function's business needs with global standardization.
2. Ensures service partnership agreements (spa's) are met for all the catalog process of the hr gbs team.
3. Deliver daily operations and services for the hr transactional services team within the regional global business services center.
4. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
5. Ensure that the hr records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international policy, human rights, freedom of information and protection of privacy, employment/ labor laws, and all legislative & regulatory standards.
6. Ensure that herbalife's policies are adhered to (e.g., approvals, hr guidelines, etc.) and all appropriate controls are functioning as designed.

- b.a. in business administration required with a focus on human resource management.
preferred qualifications:
- desirable experience in delivering hr transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in hr.
- desirable experience service delivery or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment.
- portuguese desirable.
