* conduct onboarding activities for new employees, including timely and accurate enrollment in benefits and payroll systems.
* provide clear explanations of roles and responsibilities, ensuring employees understand their benefits and contractual terms.
* address employee inquiries related to payroll, contracts, and other hr-related matters.
* collect and process invoices from providers, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, administration, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global company.
* advanced english skills are required.
* a strong understanding of mexican labor laws is essential.
* exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, time management, and project management skills are necessary.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) is required.
