*portfolio management - risk*
role purpose
- responsible for the consolidation, reconciliation, analysis and generation end-of-month information as the primary source in the area. Creation, improvement, modification and/or optimization of reports and data according to regulatory changes, information needs and technologic tools changes in order to generate semi and/or automatic reports and data from our core systems and end-of-month processes to decrease data generation time and increase information reliability, including analysis and elaboration of presentations for several committees. Support in the analysis and execution of projects, based on risk analysis, as well as the ability to work as a team. Provide secure tools/databases that facilitate the analysis, control and monitoring of commercial portfolio having adherence to local regulation and group-wide requirements, maintenance of policies and procedures, sme for local regulatory issues. Document and update the work instructions, manuals and several files regarding the bau processes complying with fim, local and internal requirements.
Requirements
*principal accountabilities and responsibilities*
- support in the monthly ifrs9 ecl process and stress testing exercises based on local and group requirements.
- analysis, creation and generation of local and group regulatory reporting including trends, movements and drivers.
- generate semi and/or automatic metrics or indicators for control and monitoring and to have a better understanding of the changes / movements in portfolio (including specific sectors and provisions movements).
- generate audit and/or ad-hoc requirements, including reports or datasets regarding commercial credit portfolio for decision making or evidence needed.
- databases management through the use of sas to meet the needs of sporadic information and bau processes.
- analysis and generation of risk reports for several committees (e.g. Board of directors, audit risk committee, risk management meetings).
- compliance with fim policies regarding information management and exploitation tools
- knowledge of group and local regulators standards (cnbv, pra, etc.) to ensure total adherence to regulatory requirements.
- ensure dependencies between group and local activities, and between different teams (finance, risk and operations) are identified, agreed and managed
- documentation of the assigned processes.
Be prepared for processes review documentation - internal procedures; including euc assessments, controls review and continuous monitoring assessments.

- relationship with different areas (internal areas from wholesale team, risk, business)
- interaction with finance. Risk, business, operations, internal and external auditors and regulators.
- ensure team effort is aligned with both wcr and group strategy.
- presentation of reliable information in a timely manner, always maintaining a cordial working relationship with the teams involved.
*functional knowledge*
- bachelor degree in actuarial sciences, computer science, mathematics, finance and / or engineering.
- ability to analyze and to adapt to technologic/process changes.
- experience working individually and as a team.
- experience in risk, credit and portfolio management (preferably)
- organization and numeric skills
- ability to work with less supervision and to make recommendations regarding the assigned tasks.
