if so, you might be the master scheduler we are looking for at forvia.as a master scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer satisfaction by leveling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible.
you will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance.you will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.the main missions of the role are:analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces.prepare the sales & operations planning (pic) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimize resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity).implement and drive the master production schedule (pdp) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand.check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the pdp.keep running the neo / preactor system based on the leveling board.your profile and competencies to succeedminimum education level:education: minimum education level: bachelor's in engineering or business.professional experience:3 years experience in production in an industrial environment.medium/advance level (english required).general knowledge of iatf 16949 & iso 14000.customer release information interpretation.understand the customer (mpm) miss delivery per million process.understand the customer delivery program follow up.general overview for the pdp (master schedule) / pic (s&op) process.manage safety stock.neo / preactor knowledge.minimum bi-lingual (english required)
