this role combines *business development* and *account management*, offering a dynamic opportunity to drive new business while nurturing long-term client relationships.as a business development representative, you will be responsible for:- * generating new business opportunities* through proactive research, networking, and outbound outreach.- * managing existing accounts*, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.- * presenting and promoting* our client's products and services to potential customers with confidence and clarity.- * developing and executing strategic sales plans* to consistently meet or exceed targets.this is a proactive, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of sales techniques and account management best practices.
*key responsibilities*:- identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads.- serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.- develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives to offer customized solutions.- conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.- collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of solutions.- collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the crm system.- provide regular insights and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to the management team.the role will be of interest to individuals who have a positive mindset about sales and strive to perform at a high standard.
