sales leadership & management
* develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

* develop a robust sales pipeline by forecasting and managing leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
team development & training
* recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent, maintaining a high standard of skill and performance.

sales reporting & analysis

qualifications and skills
* proven track record of success in a b2b sales leadership role, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
* robust negotiation and closing abilities, demonstrating the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
* experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams, fostering a positive culture of accountability and achievement.
* proficiency in crm systems and sales automation tools, with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
* bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
