Main activities:logistics process design making (tooling & process preparation), including investigation of current process, calculation of inventory policies based on the standards, time study charts, equipment specifications & manpower.
work as a member of a group to ensure the shortest delivery time of products with the highest quality at the lowest cost.job responsibilities:- process design for mass production logistics processes (process flow, layout, manpower configuration, tooling or machines required).- update process documentation: layout, jit, sws, others.- recognize, design & execute layout improvement into logistics area.- plan and control projects (general schedule & detail task list).- other activities such as safety & quality improvement, increase operation efficiency, lead time reduction & headcount estimation.- organize related coworkers to achieve the project targets*skills*:- fluent in verbal and written english (desired: technical english level in logistics).- negotiation skills (suppliers and other departments), analytical, proactive, team worker.- proficient in ms office, excel is essential & autocad (desired: visio).other:- bachelor's in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, automotive or related.- (desired) previous experience in automotive industry and/or engineering areas.
