general description of the role
coordinates and manages the activities related to the entry, supply and delivery of purchase orders for clients.
mission/objectives
coordinates and manages the activities related to the entry, supply and delivery of purchase orders for clients for 12,000 pos per year, being responsible for accounts assigned (sss, wholesalers, dh, multichannel); based on policies and strategies established in order to guarantee the objectives of quality, cost and service that contribute to the growth of the group in terms of billing and profitability.
key responsibilities and activities
* responsible for the receipt of purchase orders for supply and delivery of designated accounts.
* coordinates the team (logistics and cs) to generate the logistics plan for clients in order to guarantee product delivery within the times established by each client.
* cube the orders of accounts assigned to consolidate deliveries and optimize the logistics cost.
* follow up on the delivery of orders, being the main point of contact in the negotiation with the distribution centers in the event of an incident in the receipt.
* responsible for the main service kpis (mex fill rate and global fill rate).
* coordinates the monitoring of projects and calendars of the collaboration program with the main clients.
* manage in sap all order management flow since sales order creation to order delivery assigning correct reason codes and reporting service issues.
* prioritization of the assortment of orders based on availability by 12,000 pos being responsible for the business's billing through 3pl.
key relationships
internal: sales national managers, credit and collection manager, warehouse and transport coordinator, inventory analyst.
external: 3pls or external manufacturing providers, customers dc.
experience required
* 2-3 years experience in similar position.
* preferable management of sss accounts or wholesalers accounts.
education / professional qualifications
* bachelor degree in business management, supply chain, logistics.
