Assist on the m&a transactions across geographies worldwide, analyze business development opportunities, portfolio rebalancing, support strategic planning analysis and internal consulting projects.
*main responsibilities*:
- analyze m&a transactions, assist in developing valuation models (dcf, multiples, etc.) and evaluate transaction investment metrics.
- assist in the assessment of business development opportunities in cemex worldwide across our 4 core businesses (cement, ready-mix, aggregates and urbanization solutions) and non-cemex markets and geographies.
- contribute to analyzing market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve cemex’s positioning as a leader in the building materials industry.
- assist in developing materials for top management meetings, including the board of directors, executive committee, and other events.
- work and coordinate with corporate staff and regional operational areas, including legal, tax, finance, accounting, operations and technical, among others.

*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of work experience in m&a, investment banking, private equity, finance, business development, or equivalent areas
- advanced english required (c1/c2 or toefl/ielts equivalent)
- advanced knowledge of microsoft office
