*:*partner with the best*:as a finance analyst you will support key players in driving execution excellence in the site with specific focus on production (planning, adherence to plan, execution excellence, capex investment), material management (physical inventory, obsolescence) and supply chain functional cost (functional cost analysis, cost out initiatives, cost accumulation) to drive optimal performance ( cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the supply chain and project execution.
understanding concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.as a finance analyst you will be responsible for:- site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
own p&l and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (pi, revals, standards, variances, etc.
), product fulfillment and cogs booking, functional costs, vcp/bcp, p&e, etc.- elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.- supporting monterrey site leader on surface pressure control (spc) mexico ledger to ensure accuracy, good quality of closing and right level of analysis.- pairing with site leadership team to shape local initiatives, prepare solid business cases and track delivery.- driving cost of quality metric accountability with the quality organization- partnering with controllership and shared services centre of excellence teams to shape compliance for operations.
*fuel your passion*:*to be successful in this role, you will*:- have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.- have at least 4 years of experience in finance.- knowledge in sap bi and related systems.- demonstrate fluency in english.- strong oral and written communication skills.
