as we continue to grow, we are seeking a remote employee monitoring supervisor to maintain oversight of productivity, compliance, and operational excellence across various teams.
position summary in this fully remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing employee activities—including reviewing time slots, screenshots, and call recordings—to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
you will also conduct monthly productivity audits, analyze performance metrics, and work with department heads to refine processes that maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.
key responsibilities monitor employee activity review time logs, screenshots, and call recordings to assess adherence to schedules and procedures.
identify areas for improvement or additional training based on collected data.
meeting oversight & procedure management attend virtual meetings to document discussions and ensure accurate follow-up on action items.
update and refine company procedures in collaboration with department heads.
productivity audits & analysis collect and analyze data on calls, emails, and work orders to assess team productivity.
compile monthly audit reports and share insights with senior management.
compliance & process enhancement ensure all are follow established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
recommend process improvements based on audit findings and best practices.
team collaboration & reporting partner with department leaders to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
provide regular performance feedback and recommendations for corrective actions.
qualifications education: bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
experience: 4+ years in a supervisory or quality assurance role, preferably in a remote environment.
familiarity with workforce monitoring tools (time-tracking software, call recording systems, etc.).
skills & abilities: strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
proficiency in ms office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and other relevant software.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration in a remote setting.
ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
