*a typical day might include*:
*collaboration*
- working with other marketing team members as well as multiple contributors and approvers throughout the company each day—making project management and organizational skills critical.
- interacting with staff at all levels of the organization, including but not limited to, executive and senior leadership, business development staff, project managers, and discipline leads to advance projects forward.
*company store*
- supporting requests for branded merchandise for employees to purchase, including choosing items and working with vendors.
- talking with other employees to gather feedback on store items to update and manage inventory.
- this also includes helping with special orders for teams and company-wide events.
*trade show support*
- working across the company to document all trade shows, determine needs, coordinating collateral and promo items, managing timelines, and more.
- you'll be the point person to help us streamline and maximize efficiency for our presence.
you will own and drive the process, while achieving buy-in from stakeholders.
*team support*
- proactively working with the marketing communication team to provide support in areas such as public relations, external communication, internal communication, design, social media, and much more.
*website*
- assist with external website with proactive updates for existing pages as well as development of landing pages for promotional campaigns.
*what you will bring*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, visual communications, or a related field.
- project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

ability to easily navigate word, powerpoint, and excel programs.
