*requirements*
- bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or related field.
- 1 year of related call center hr experience
- c1 english proficiency
*desired skills*
- solid knowledge of the imss law, mexican federal labor law, infonavit law, sat law.
- organizational and time management skills to handle different complex tasks
- managing contracts and personal documentation of each new remote employee.
- knowledge of labor relations and conflict resolution.
- report medical leaves to the payroll area.
- monitor broxel card crashes and issues.
- follow up and report of new infonavit credits to the payroll area.
- control of contract renewal dates for virtual and physical agents.
- abilities to communicate with the different areas involved to solve problems.
- ms office general knowledge.
- willingness and proactivity to participate in any other activity not listed, related to the area and job position.
