we're looking to hire a part-time b2b social media associate who can comfortably talk through saas, venture capital, sales software, and marketing software.
if you're a fit for this role, you've grown a b2b services/software company's organic social accounts on at least 2 of the following: linkedin, x, instagram, reddit.
you'll report to our content marketing lead and work closely with our content, paid media, and design team members to turn social engagement into brand awareness and lead generation.

growing our presence on linkedin, instagram, twitter, and reddit—driving engagement, traffic, and conversions. This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience managing b2b social media accounts creating compelling content, engaging in meaningful conversations, and tracking performance to optimize results.
key responsibilities:own & execute the social media strategy across linkedin, instagram, twitter, and reddit.manage daily posting for the company page and support executive brand-building efforts (ceo/leadership).engage with prospects & industry leaders in comments, groups, twitter threads, and reddit discussions.repurpose blog content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces into engaging social media posts.coordinate with the content & design team to create visuals, carousels, and short-form content.monitor and respond to dms, comments, and mentions to drive conversations and brand trust.track key social kpis (engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and optimize based on insights.collaborate with the paid media team to amplify high-performing organic content.stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.experiment with new formats (polls, video snippets, carousels, memes, interactive content).build our reddit presence by engaging in industry subreddits and contributing valuable insights.support campaign launches with creative social storytelling that connects with our target audience.career growth:this is a great role for someone who wants to become a:
