*key responsibilities*:
- assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- organize travel arrangements and logistics for executives.
- support operational tasks, including process improvements and workflow optimization.
*requirements*:
- proven experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
- strong project management skills, including experience with task management tools (e.g., asana, trello, clickup).
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- high proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and google workspace.
- experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- adaptability and problem-solving skills.
