the ta senior manager works indoors in an office environment, performs work and communication through virtual tools such as video and teleconferencing, must be proficient in computer software, applicant tracking systems and project management tools.
the ta senior manager must be able to work well independently with mínimal supervision with a high level of sense of urgency.
this position will require extensive experience recruiting high volumes in a fast-paced similar industry.
*primary tasks & responsibilities*
- build talent pipeline for current and future job openings
- lead all sourcing strategies and tactics
- manage external partnerships with universities, job boards and hr software vendors
- implement online and offline employer branding activities
- prepare and review annual recruitment budget
- forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- manage, train, coach and evaluate a team of in-house recruiters
- participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- measure key recruitment metrics including weekly hires, monthly hires, time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.
- work with hiring managers to define talent needs, specific skills, required competencies and qualifications
- coach hiring managers and talent acquisition team in hiring procedures and interview techniques
- develop strategies to ensure quality metrics of new hires is met according to company standards
*job qualifications/requirements*
- 5-8 years of experience in a managerial position in a high volume and fast paced environment
- bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
master's degree preferred
- fully bilingual (spanish/english).
advanced proficiency spoken and written.
- current of previous experience as head of recruitment, talent acquisition manager, staffing director, or similar role in the contact center, call center or bpo industry
- proven and successful experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
- hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (atss) and hr databases
- experience in all areas of sourcing including internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs
- excellent team-management and leadership abilities
