the customer service specialist position is with kysor-warren epta, part of the global epta group, located in querétaro. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the entire customer order process, from placement through shipping and tracking. The position involves investigating and resolving complex billing, technical, and contract issues, as well as identifying areas for process improvement.
your contribution
* oversee customer orders from initiation through shipping and tracking, ensuring all steps are executed smoothly.
* investigate, analyze, and resolve complex billing, technical, and contract-related customer issues.
* coordinate complex customer orders, working with production and other departments to meet product delivery deadlines.
* ensure after-sale service needs are met, including tracking and responding to customer requests.
* create customized reports for clients, offering insights into order statuses, performance metrics, and service improvements.
* identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
* 5+ years related experience.

* proficiency in sap and excel.
