as a culture & development manager at ruhrpumpen you will strive to design, develop, and implement strategic talent development plans aligned with the various segments within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring effective communication on a global level. This position must collaborate closely with different departments to ensure that development and culture initiatives are aligned with the company’s values, mission, and strategic goals.
main responsibilities:
* design and implement talent development strategies tailored to the needs of various segments and levels within the organization.
* identify global training and development needs, creating programs that foster employees' professional growth.
* define development solutions based on the 70-20-10 model (70% experiential learning, 20% social learning, and 10% formal education), ensuring that programs are aligned with the model for holistic employee growth as part of the learning model in rp university.
* develop and implement strategies that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture globally.
* encourage the adoption and commitment to the company’s values, promoting a work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
* measure and monitor employee satisfaction and engagement globally, implementing initiatives to improve culture and organizational cohesion.
* develop and implement effective communication strategies to facilitate the flow of information between different regions and departments within the organization.
* design and manage leadership initiatives and development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and senior leadership.
job's requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar.
* advanced/fluent english language is required for effective and daily communication worldwide.
* 8+ years of experience in roles related to talent development, training, leadership, performance management, corporate culture.
* strategic management and project management skills are required.
* interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with top and middle management.
* desired sap success factors experience.
* desired experience with cultural assessment tools.
