Descripción del trabajo responsibilities identify and deploy impactful people strategies and programs matching the business strategy that will enable the iberia organization and its approximative 400 employees to continue robust growth and further develop its organizational culture.
act as a partner to the managing director and the iberia management team, and work with key stakeholders across the iberia organization to identify and successfully handle people & organization related needs.
manage and lead the hr team iberia to jointly develop, implement and refine relevant hr policies, processes, and practices which deliver continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness while ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
reflect the requirements of increasing organizational agility & resilience needs, digitalization, and virtualization both in the transformational and transactional hr offer.
further develop and refine the company benefits and remuneration structures to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the marketplace.
design and manage programs and initiatives to enhance management and leadership capabilities, thereby improving organizational performance and culture.
measure effectiveness and review the quality and impact of the hr activities while providing constructive feedback for continuous development.
manage, lead, coach, and develop the hr team iberia.
collaborate with the hr emea team; contribute to and benefit from this cooperation.
