*purpose of the job*
the construction manager is responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities related to the verification of interface facilities, installation of deq equipment and its tests, in 5 different workshops and stablings in the yucatan peninsula, in coordination with different areas of alstom: sub systems, the installation department, civil works, supplier, subcontractors and the customer.

- express delivery needs to suppliers using the dedicated tools
- purchase orders processing and managing suppliers' deliveries according the project planning
- follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for alstom projects based on sap information and installation necessities
- sharing information on deliveries to key stakeholders at site level (planning, sourcing,) in order to detect potential missing components and manage crisis in case of delivery issues.
- identified on time possible impacts in the deliveries of the cwi-supplier-interfaces sub systems and propose a strategy to mitigate these impacts.
- ensuring highest level of installations deq
- reporting operational kpi (otd, installation and sat, t&c,)
- contributing to continuous improvement process
- follow-up and update as built drawings according to the standards color code and process
- follow-up and update of the system information
- follow-up facilities, installation and civil works activities according to drawings interfaces of civil works
- follow-up and management installation & test activities
- present the layout and verification of the location and cwi and customer for starting the deq installation
- support in the follow-up of hedge

- plan and schedule site activities in system integration level/signaling/ocs/telecom/cwi/sys/rst level in accordance to the rolling programmed and provide progress reports.
- prepare installation method statements of all subsystems and follow up with submissions and client comments
- liaise with customer and other contractors on possession management
- set up of site office, administration of site office
- coordinate with wpc and subcontractor(s) undertaking the installation activities
- liaise with procurement and logistics on material deliveries based on the itc site activities forecast
- assure sites are properly stocked with calibrated installation and test tools
- attend customer meeting to report the installation strategy and site progress
