*key responsibilities*:- *requirements gathering and analysis*:- conduct thorough requirements analysis for the cmms.- collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and functional requirements.- analyze documents and business requirements from client end users' perspectives and propose system solutions to meet clients' needs.- document requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.- analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.- *system implementation and support*:- assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of the cmms, including user interfaces, reports, role-based access control rules, and user dashboards.- conduct system integration analysis to support integration efforts between company product and third-party software, such as erp, document management, and ldap (lightweight directory access protocol), azure ad (active directory) systems.- provide customer support after project implementation.- travel to customer locations for implementation and deployment as needed.- *training and documentation*:- develop comprehensive documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.- draft or review implementation project deliverables in english, such as configuration analysis reports, test scripts, and training manuals.- create and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
