this role oversees the quality control and assurance processes across operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
the quality manager works closely with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer care—to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
