es responsable de implementar y/o ejecutar los programas de capacitación y desarrollo para el personal interno y contratistas tipo 3 en la organización.

- desarrolla e imparte capacitación técnica y práctica al personal para cumplir el plan anual de entrenamiento y con las normas iso (9001,14001), iatf 16949 y stps.
- ofrece propuestas de entrenamiento para mejorar la calidad y tiempos de la capacitación en la empresa
- apoya en la detección de las necesidades de capacitación
- da seguimiento al plan de entrenamiento anual.
- es responsable del programa de inducción (entrenamiento técnico) para nuevos empleados
- realiza captura de entrenamientos en los sistemas electrónicos que la empresa designe.
- asegura el cumplimiento de actividades de capacitación en producción, alineado al procedimiento de entrenamiento: matriz de entrenamiento, matriz de habilidades, try out, gafete de certificación, etc
- responsable de certificar al personal de producción en los cursos requeridos, así como dar seguimiento a los entrenamientos adicionales que el negocio solicite.
