*roles and responsibilities*
- collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs to assist in identifying solutions
- work with multi-functional team of hr, reporting, and finance resources to help develop and govern current and future workforce planning needs
- become familiar with data architecture (workday) while identify/anticipating data needs
- other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the ehrm
- process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts
- develop a good working relationship with the ge hr community through timely and accurate administration of hr processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues
- demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, interpersonal skills, analytical ability and ability to adapt to change
*minimum job requirements*
- enrollment in a bachelor’s degree (business administration)
- strong communications skills, continuously want to learn and growth, high energy and passion.
- availability for min. 40 hours per week
- sense of responsibility and accountability
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- working experience in using microsoft office
- ability to manage sensitive data
- supportive and enthusiastic team player
- excellent use of microsoft excel.
