*position summary*: the role will be responsible to support the business teams across analyze the behavior of our products at the point of sale (inventories, sales, shortages, timing, promotions, etc.)
through sell out data and propose actions to correct deviations in our different clients.
obtaining and analyzing chain databases, scorecards, forecast.
*core responsibilities*:
- partnership with the commercial team to improve ordering, delivery, and replenishment in customer's processes to improve on-shelf availability, doh and so.
- understand customer core processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.
- an active intervention in any scenario at all levels in the company
- drive collaborative planning with customers as input into the sales forecast.
- monitors and measures internal and external indicators to effectively manage costs, service excellence and sales growth.
- improve kpis such as doh, fill rate, in stock, days on hand, forecast accuracy, ims.
- out of stock reduction: forecasting and replenishment with customer to drive sales growth.
- inventory optimization: identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- proactively reporting with commercial teams either to revert negative so trends or maintain good performance in so.
- active participation in s&op cycles.
- participates in weekly and monthly internal meetings with supply chain, commercial and marketing to determine action plans with the different customers.
- negotiation with suppliers, bidding processes.
*education & experience*:
education
- preferred major area of study: any stream (preferably business management, statistics, industrial engineering)
experience
- a minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain or customer facing role within an fmcg environment is essential.
- previous sap experience would also be well regarded.
- negotiation knowledge is a must.

- experience managing distributors analytical thinking.
