the ppap (production part approval process) coordinator's role and primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction by confirming preparation and submission of ppap's to published schedules and customer's changing demands.
this is achieved through the accurate and timely internal communication, submission and follow up of customer's ppap's
*what you will do in your role*:
- review, submittal and required follow up of ppap documentation for customer's products.
- coordination of imds submissions.
- works with program manager, project engineers, quality and manufacturing engineers, and production personnel to obtain ppap-related data and documentation.
- performs simple analyses to ensure that relevant specifications and customer-specified requirements are met.
- works to resolve conflicting and/or incomplete data and documentation associated with ppaps.
- collates, formats, releases through document control and submits ppaps to customers.
- ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail, accuracy, completeness and on time.

- 3+ years related experience with aiag ppap
- english 85%
- bachelor's degree
- experience in prepare spreadsheets and ppap
- automotive industry experience ( desirable)
