what you'll do: identify & engage prospects: research potential clients and reach out via phone, email, and linkedin to spark interest.
generate & qualify leads: initiate meaningful conversations, assess business needs, and determine potential fit.
build relationships: develop connections with key decision-makers and nurture leads to move them through the sales funnel.
collaborate cross-functionally: work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
stay ahead of industry trends: keep up with market shifts and competitor insights to enhance prospecting efforts.
meet & exceed targets: achieve set goals for outreach, lead generation, and conversion rates.
what we're looking for: previous bdr experience: prior experience in a business development or sales role is essential.
strong communication skills: ability to craft compelling messages and confidently engage with prospects.
resilience & persistence: comfortable handling objections and overcoming challenges.
industry knowledge: a background in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
tech-savvy familiarity with crm systems (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) and sales tools (e.g., linkedin sales navigator).
fluent english: native or c+ level proficiency required.
highly organized: strong time management and multitasking abilities.
