job description
* provide a broad range of administrative and operational support that is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience & life cycles in the us. May include support related to:
* assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer & onboarding experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters
* offer & contract process
* pre-hire & onboarding activities (i.e. background checks, initiating onboarding process, day 1 support) to both candidate & hiring leaders
* identify changes related to offer process and policy documentation as required, including standard forms and email templates
* provide timely updates to internal & external stakeholders as required
* ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities:
* scanning and uploading supporting documentation, and maintaining data in a compliant and timely manner
* monitor email & inboxes and utilize additional identified tools to support timely responses or escalations as required
* support additional recruitment operations activities, including other market support, as needed
* contribute to ad hoc colleague services & ceg projects of interest
* understand and support the us post offer process for both experienced hire and campus
* effectively communicate with candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters
* successfully process e-offers via taleo, obtain approvals and secure signatures on offer letters
* work with shared trackers for various work streams to enter and update data as it relates to candidate status
* attend weekly background verification call
* submit sign on bonus requests via digital forms portal
* contribute to ad-hoc project requests
minimum qualifications
