the product marketing manager is a consumer centric, data-driven and collaborative individual that will be in charge of delivering marketing plans that drive customer preference.

*consumer understanding*:
- develop consumer understanding based on constant analysis of all available research.
- know the major consumer journey touchpoints and how to impact them.
- know the targets and prime prospects in relation to other products and segments and recommend how to play with portfolio.
- work together with market research in defining the best strategies for learning and qualification of our plans.
*marketing strategy development*:
- has strong skills developing marketing strategies with differentiated understanding of kpis and engagement tactics for each segment
- works constantly with different internal areas such as business head, sales manager and product manager, to recommend solutions to business issues from a marketing perspective
- identify key internal and external data sources and analyze trends, extract learnings and provide conclusions.
- recognize and recommend opportunities for integration of plans and ideas to better serve the client.
- develops and leads high quality marketing reviews and marketing plans processes.
- manages budget, allocating to key choices and priorities.
- understands key financial concepts, including the roi calculation and always presents plans that are financially sound.
- develop size of the prize analysis for key campaigns and activities.
- internal controls stewardship with allocated processes in order.
- owns key control processes and delivers them with excellence.
- identifies current processes deficiencies and proposing out of the box solutions.
- has a passion of making continuous optimization (a/b testing and results analysis).
- has the ability to work in multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines.
*brand/communication strategy and planning*:
- knows and applies the role of brand purpose for the long term development of the brand.
- evaluates if executions are consistent or not with the brand equity.
- evaluate creative briefs from a holistic perspective.
- create equity driving long term campaign ideas and refreshes them when necessary.
- develop advertising that is 360, leveraging all vehicles where the consumer can be reached including digital media.
- identifies consumer insights that can drive better advertising and business plans.
- harness the power of the creative agency and manages the relationship to build stronger plans.
- works together with market research and client experience to define the best testing platforms according to our business needs.
- works together with marketing services/media to understand receptivity profile of our clients and work on the best integrated plans to reach our target, leverages digital media.
- evaluates and approves media plans and strategies on the basis of business needs.
- develops specific communication campaigns to address particular sales force needs.
