job summary
the project management position will be responsible for working with uih india local customer service and local distributer team to implement the new equipment installation for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. The successful candidate will drive the project successfully at customer sites in a professional manner in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
the job responsibilities include:
1. responsible for project management between customer and internal company for high-value medical imaging equipment, such as mri, ct, pet-ct, dr, rt, etc.
2. site planning & assessment of scanning rooms of equipment mentioned above, workflow design, site risk assessment and guidance, and evaluation of the related site preparation work to ensure it meets the requirements of the equipment.
3. provide the required technology information related to our equipment to customers, create project plans to schedule the site preparation, shipment, equipment entry, installation, and application training.
4. coordinate the stakeholders in the project effectively to promote the project in order.
5. responsible for installation of uih diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer sites.
6. ensure equipment commissioning and customer acceptance after installation, and sign the handover document.
your qualification and experience requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree or above in related majors of mechanical engineering, medical engineering, electronic or automatic control, construction or related majors.
2. 3 years and above relevant high-value medical imaging equipment pm experience.
3. must have the ability to read blueprint drawings.
4. extensive experience successfully managing matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and working within a large corporate structure.
5. knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, hvac).
6. strong communication and coordination skills.
7. flexible approach to work, travel, and unsociable hours.
8. possess the ability to handle working pressure, self-learn, and work independently.
