The* analyst, strategy center of excellence & digital transformation business partner latam*will lead, execute and deliver digital use cases, acting as business partner for the digital transformation area, ensuring project management best practices.
*core responsibilities*:
- work closely with head of digital transformation to formulate and execute the digital strategy and ensure its strategic alignment with south america region and global digital strategies;
- implement and/or adopt existent project management tools and practices to guarantee projects milestones and deliverables;
- ensure project management office best practices throughout project life cycle by leading or assisting cross-functional teams;
- ensure risk management and contingency planning takes place on relevant projects as fall back in case projects encounter delay, increased cost, or quality concerns;
- provide training, facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects;
- measure, analyze and communicate effectiveness and results of digital transformation process;
- identifies and implements ways to improve the return on investment of initiatives;
- act as a digital evangelist for all the organization to support the skill up of the digital culture and dexterity;
- sustain digital culture through development of disruptive opportunities within and outside company: market benchmarking, startups, future trends, academic researches, etc.
- bachelor's degree in business administration, science or engineering;
- experience in project and/or program management;
- basic knowledge in digital transformation and agile methodology;
- business acumen and digital dexterity;
- experience with agile methodologies (such as scrum or safe), design thinking and/or lean six sigma is desirable.
certifications related to these domains are a plus;
- knowledge of common food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions are desirable;
- proficiency in microsoft office 365 (e.g., planner, onenote, excel, powerpoint, teams, powerbi );
- proficiency in portuguese, spanish and english;
- networking & influencing skills across all levels in the organization;
- learnability and coachability skills;
- excellent listening, written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
- ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task effectively;
- ability to analyze, interpretate and summarize findings with raw data and give recommendations;
- availability to travel up to 10% of time within region.
