*general description*:
the market intelligence area is responsible for bringing customer knowledge into the organization by making proposals / recommendations based on customer insight, market / social trends and brand aspiration.
to do this, we conduct a number of studies and analysis ranging from ethnographical, market segmentation, tracking surveys, concept studies, product clinics, among others.
*key responsibilities*:
conduct a wide range of consumer studies (qualitative and quantitative) aligned with region and global strategy.
propose and execute analysis that brings new insights to the business and internal clients.
establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose ways in which mi can support them.
provide strategic and actionable insights/recommendations in every study.
propose innovative approaches in terms of methodology and analysis to enrich mi deliveries.
guide and monitor the daily work of the specialists / interns.
develop, with the specialists, their career.
reinforce the relationships with our supplier/partners.
*education/certifications*:
bachelor's degree ideally in business administration, economics, marketing or engineering.
previous work experience
at least 5 years working in market research (client or agency side).
successfully leading a team of marketing intelligence professionals.
excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative (statistical expertise is a plus)
solid experience proving strategic/actionable insights/recommendations.
strong business acumen
robust communication skills and ability to navigate and work cross-functionally
strong presentation skills (storytelling and delivery).
restlessly curious, always asking questions and wanting to get to the bottom of things.
promotes teamwork.
data processing skills is a plus.
knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
