Support end-user requests and support projects as needed
- implement approved change requests that require configuration
- updates documentation of all configurations and create quick reference guides
- partner with product owner and business analysts on salesforce major release readiness, accountability and testing
- provide technical management to offshore admin resources
- ensure adherence of sf salescloud, marketing cloud and appexchange managed apps admin best practices
- trained and certified in platform administration
- knowledge of business processes supported by platform
- responsible for the platform upkeep, assessment of yearly salesforce releases (3 per year) and relevant appexchange products introduced in overall solution
- proficient agile skills
- strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
