your tasks
1. a support for customers
2. support for a specified customer as a central contact for customer and hella internally, in quality-related issues
3. participate in customer calls for discussing the quality situation and, with that, related contexts.
4. plan, prepare, and conduct visits to the customer.
5. receive and process quality questions, quality problems, as well as customer wishes and customer need quality. In addition, collaborate in working out the tasks resulting from these in cooperation with the appropriate departments.
