*as a *business analysis specialist ii* within the automotive refinish front line it organization, you will collaborate with business partners and colleagues to clarify, document, and communicate business requirements, ensuring products and services are aligned with business needs.

*key responsibilities*:
- knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes
- understanding of how it effects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
- technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available
- demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn quickly to develop effective working relationships across a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partners
- ability to support software delivery as needed with product manager interactions, specifications and user stories development as needed
- ability to support test plan development and change management activities as needed
*qualifications*:
- at least 5 years of experience of it or functions in a similar position.
- english intermediate to proficient
- must have experience with citrix (administration and support) infrastructure.
- support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports, data extraction, troubeshooting, etc.
- analytical and conceptual skills
- ability to optimally participate in or potentially lead teams!
- ability to handle and act as an effective fast paced team member, problem solving!
- proven experience with technical knowledge to give direction to both, it and ppg employees on specific projects or project phases.
